Red Chilcosle Pico de Gallo Blend

Two of the most sought after chiles in the world, blended to perfection for Zocalito’s pico de gallo. Finely dice 1 med. red onion, 2 roma tomatoes and 2 jalapenos(filets only for less spice). Add 2 Tbs. of Pico Blend, fresh lime juice, and cilantro to taste. Mix well, rest for 30 minutes and serve. Pico de Gallo Blend is GREAT on all meats, grilled vegetables and just about everything except caviar. Just don’t burn it!
